How long are your plans?

Ovalz plans are paid monthly. We make it simple to start or stop your service.
 

 

How do I get started?

Select a plan once you've determined which product is right for you. If you are not sure  request a demo so you can take Ovalz for a spin. 

 
 
 

What is the process to cancel?

Simply log into settings and select change plan to cancel.

 

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to account settings to upgrade your plan. Our sales team will have new devices sent out.  

 
 
 

Is our company data shared?


No, all of our plans are single tenant the data you store is not shared with anyone else.
 

 

How do I submit a support ticket?

Select "Submit a Ticket" from help menu. You also have the option to use our knowledgebase.

 
 
 

Can our company install Ovalz?


No, Ovalz is a fully managed hosting solution.

 

What happens to the devices I received if I cancel?

You can keep them. Feel free to use them with another vendor.
 

 
 
 

Do you offer on-boarding support?


All customers receive help from a customer success agent.

 

Will you come to my facility and install the beacons?

If you have an Advanced or Enterprise plan, yes. Keep in mind our products are built to work with little support so you can get up and running fast. If you have a need for installers call our customer success team to schedule a site visit.
