No. Ovalz is a fully managed hosted solution. 


What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data. Ovalz archives data for 1 year. If you want us to archive more data we offer additional storage for a nominal fee.

Do you offer on-boarding support?

Yes. All customers receive help from a customer success agent.


Can you come to my facility to install devices?

No. We can refer you to companies who provide that service.
