How long are your plans?

Ovalz plans are paid monthly. We make it simple to start or stop.
 

 

How do I get started?

Select a plan and use the products you want.

What is the process to cancel?

Simply log into settings and select change plan to cancel.

 

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to account settings to upgrade your plan.

Is our company data shared?

Your data is separated from other customers.
 

 

How do I submit a support ticket?

Select "Submit a Ticket" from help menu. You also have the option to use our support site.

Can our company install Ovalz?

No. Ovalz is a fully managed hosted solution. 

 

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your data. Ovalz archives data for 1 year. If you want us to archive more data we offer additional storage for a nominal fee.
 

Do you offer on-boarding support?

Yes. All customers receive help from a customer success agent.

 

Can you come to my facility to install devices?

No. We can refer you to companies who provide that service.
